I think we perceive beauty all in different ways, but to everyones naked eye we may not see beauty on the outside of things, even though there is beauty found within. We see something that's very pretty or attracted to our eyes it may not resemble what it really is. Beauty is just an illusion to anyone. When something isn't seen as beautiful it no longer stands out and just seen as something else in are world, beauty stands out.
I think we don't really unless we see beauty in a human. If something won't be in our life for a while there's no reason for us to stop and check it out no matter rareness of talent since we are so caught up in our every day busy life. On vacation or time we have off we like to take in everything we see since we have no worries on our mind and we can just live and observe what's around us which we usually wouldn't do.
If something stands out to the point where it catches everyone's attention then we will defiantly recognize it even if were are in a unfamiliar place or with people we don't know if we have the chance to witness something we will take it. It may be hard for some people since what the thing a person does may stand out to one person, but not someone else so the context of what a talent is doing may be perceived differently.
