1. The fires in the amazon are a big issue for that region and the air for me there's no issues due to this. I haven't been affected due to this issue physically, neither has anyone in the U.S., but mentally some people are being affected since they care about are ecosystem in the world.
2. Leader's if there in a government where they can refuse then it's up to them if not congress or the rest of the government should decide. I think there's a valid reason why a leader would decline they wouldn't do it for no reason/
3. No i'm not sure how we would even be able to help. Even if we try to help there may not be even that much we can do since how far we are from them.
4. I mean it won't hurt to help but is it worth are time and expenses. We shouldn't have to travel out of country to go and help it's not of are concern and is not interfering with us.
